Benjamin R. Good


Benjamin Good joined Goldstein Aiossa & Good, LLC as an associate in 2010, and became a partner in 2015. While in law school, he clerked for one of Chicago's premiere personal injury firms.  Mr. Good’s primary areas of practice are personal injury and workers' compensation.  He also serves as a Cook County Arbitrator.

Ben graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2009 after earning an undergraduate degree in Economics with distinction at the University of Michigan in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mark Fosco joined Goldstein Aiossa & Good, LLC .as a law clerk in 2013, and became an associate in 2015. While in law school, he was the Editor in Chief of the Valparaiso School Newspaper.  Mr. Fosco specializes in workers' compensation and personal injury.  

Mark graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2014 after earning an undergraduate degree in English with honors at Indiana University in 2010. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Rick graduated from DePaul University College of Law after earning an undergraduate degree at Benedictine University. Kenneth J. Good


Kenneth Good is a founding partner of Goldstein Aiossa & Good, LLC.  He has focused his career on personal injury and workers' compensation matters for over 40 years.  During that time, he has successfully represented thousands of clients and has collected and recovered millions of dollars for his deserving clients.  Mr. Good was Chief Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Highland Park, Illinois from 2001-2011.  He currently is an active American Arbitration Arbitrator selected by both plaintiff and defense counsel for his expertise of personal injury law.

Ken graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law after earning an undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit,  and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

April L. Aiossa


April Aiossa joined Goldstein Aiossa & Good, LLC .as an associate in 2003 after gaining experience at another Chicago personal injury and medical malpractice law firm.  She was promoted to partner in 2015.  Ms. Aiossa primarily focuses on a broad range of  personal injury matters..

April graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2000 after earning an undergraduate degree in English Literature at Miami University in 1997. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
